Terms governing educational and research use of the articles, tables, and 3D equipment illustrations published on juvilarcticmosac.yachts.
1. Not for Operational Maritime Navigation
All discussions of Arctic sea routes (NSR, NWP, TSR), bathymetric grids, Polar Class hull ratings, and sea-ice thickness on juvilarcticmosac.yachts are provided strictly for educational and scientific literacy purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes an official hydrographic chart, ice routing advisory, or Polar Water Operational Manual. Mariners must consult official national ice services (such as MET Norway, the Canadian Ice Service, or AARI) and SOLAS/IMO publications.
2. Independence & Non-Affiliation
Juvil Arctic Mosac is an independent science publication studio. References to specific research vessels (such as RV Polarstern or RV Kronprins Haakon), instrument manufacturers (such as Sea-Bird Scientific or Kongsberg), or international expeditions (such as MOSAiC) are descriptive and educational; this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by those institutions.
3. Citation & Illustrations
Educators, students, and researchers may quote brief excerpts and data tables with attribution to juvilarcticmosac.yachts. All 3D instrument renders on this website are artistic technical illustrations created to explain mechanical function and must not be cited as photographic expedition records.
